Ooralba can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. The homestead guest rooms are divided into two separate wings connected by a central living and dining area with a cocktail bar and library.
Living
The central stone fireplace and living area is the hub of The Homestead; with a mini grand piano and bar creating an entertainer’s paradise. Extensive frameless glass windows take advantage of the uninterrupted views of the rolling hills of Kangaroo Valley below.
This area flows out over an expansive 14m x 6m deck with various zoned spaces for entertaining a large group or perhaps starting your day with morning yoga.
For those who wish to relax in a quiet place, Ooralba’s library is the perfect retreat.
Dining
Enjoy special moments gathering in our generous dining area connected to the open chef’s kitchen. There is a large deck space for alfresco dining, or perhaps have a casual lunch in our very own Kitchen Garden, complete with a wood fired oven.

The Homestead is divided into two wings, East and West
The East Wing
The family “East” wing features the Master Suite - a tranquil sanctuary with a super king bed, open fireplace and bay window connecting you with stunning views of Kangaroo Valley. Escape to your own private bathroom ensuite for a little pampering; complete with twin tubs, sauna, and a luxurious rain shower.
Two adjoining family bedrooms are king/twin and share a bathroom. A large family room packed with books, bean bags and a smart TV will keep little ones entertained for hours – this space opens out onto the reflection pond and deck overlooking Kangaroo Valley below. There’s also a small computer room, discretely tucked away so as not to intrude, along with a dedicated office space - if you really, really need to connect to the outside world.
The West Wing
The guest “West” wing offers four king/twin suites all with private ensuite bathrooms where you will feel connected to nature through your exclusive access to the gardens.

The outdoor relaxation areas with their impressive deck space all beckon you to come and enjoy the natural beauty of our award-winning gardens while you sip your locally roasted coffee in the silence of nature.
